Vacuum lifting device for construction site use with manual rotating and tilting function
Dual-circuit system
- 2 independent vacuum circuits, each vacuum circuit with 2-fold safety and integrated vacuum reservoir
- for construction site use according to DIN EN 13155
Use
Handling flat glass panes and window elements on construction sites. The suction areas of the elements to be lifted must be air-impermeable, have to have an even and clean surface and must not be covered with protective film.
Hoist
truck-mounted crane, mini crane
Fastening
- at the crane hook
Description
The very low construction height of the OKTOPUS® GLASS-Jack GL-N 400/300 of just 190 mm allows the installation of glass and façade elements in the usually only 30 cm wide clearances between building facades and the scaffolding in front of it. Extension arms allow handling elements up to a maximum weight of 400 kg (horizontal) and 300 kg (vertical). The optional available blow-off function allows and quickens the release of suctioned glass panes.
Deviations from the nominal condition are indicated by optical and acoustical warning devices. Even in the case of complete energy breakdown vacuum remains in each suction pad for at least 5 minutes. In this way a secure lowering of the load can be ensured at all times.
